OH MY GOSH!!!
I just came back from running some errands and getting gas. I could not believe my eyes when I saw at my local gas station prices.......I always just get the lower grade gas 87% as it is the cheapest. I just about died when I saw it was $3.29 a gallon.
$3.29 per gallon 87%
$3.49 per gallon 90%
$3.69 per gallon for 97%
I put in $25 and it barely went above half a tank, I used to be able to fill the entire tank for about $26-$28. My job is killing me right now with the price of gas, I get only an gas allaowance of $30 a week, I have been putting in double that!!! I am so freaked out right now, I cried when I left the station.
What are all of you paying for gas?

I am in the Sacramento Area of California...We are at $2.99, $3.09 and 3.19 in general. It's sucks because it has jumped 30 cents over the past week!
I am trying so hard to wait until after the holiday weekend to fill up my 30 gallon tank, because right now, it is going to be close to $100 to fill my tank! Uggghhh!
I think that gas here is around $3.00/gal..I am not sure..I have not been outside since last weekend. Last weekend it was $2.69...I would not be suprised if it were at or over $3.00 now!!!

I think that is why it shocked me so much, that is such a huge jump in short time....

it cost $65.00 to fill the van last weekend.
it is supposed to go up considerably tomorrow.
I wrecked my beetle on wednesday and I have to drive the van. I am thankful to have transportation but I can't afford the gas to fill it.

$3.26 a gallon in Alton, IL., if you're lucky enough to find a gas station open.
It's difficult to have too much sympathy as in the UK we are paying 96p a litre. That's a $1.77 or $6.42 per gal!
